Mirror above your dresser?

Over a year ago I removed my bedroom dresser's attached mirror with the plan to hang a different mirror on the wall above it. The attached one was a mirror with the two winged mirrors on the side that you could leave flat against the wall, or pull in on an angle. I'm tired of it and wanted to up date. I think I want a mirror above the dresser that hangs from the wall. If you removed your attached mirror from your dresser and hung a different mirror above it, would you be willing to share your pictures?

Here is mine:

I love mirrors because they reflect light and make a space brighter. This mirror is more for decor and to offset the massive flatscreen TV my DH wanted in the MBR.

I ended up using a clock instead of a mirror, but here's a couple of pictures I saved with a wall mirror.

I chose to hang a painting instead of a mirror above my dresser because I have no need of a mirror there and I'd much rather look at a beautiful piece of art.

I personally don't think pictures or any other artwork would make it look like a sideboard. I don't like purchasing the "matching" mirror just because I like something a little different. Do you have any other mirrors in your room? If not then I would probably put another mirror up there. Good luck with your decision!

I'm thinking of a black framed rectangular mirror for the wall above my dresser to modernize the look and tie in with the handles on the dresser and the black headboard. How wide and how long should I be looking for would a 2" frame look nice or should it be narrower? I also have a black dresser I could switch to. The dresser is 63" long x 38" high. The black dresser is 2" taller. The tree is gone felt it looked crowded.

Do you have mirror(s) in bathroom? If so, I suggest no mirror over dresser. I would hang something that makes me smile in the morning. That’s when I need it the most. Is there any color in this room or all neutrals? The dresser has a Frank Lloyd Wright look about it style-wise. Look for a print of Falling Water. It is his famous house in Pennsylvania.

I took down the matching mirror and hung an antique mirror above my very dated and ugly 80's dresser...
WHY did I let DH pick out the bedroom furniture without me?!?

I'd like to find an oval or round old mirror for above my long dresser. There's currently nothing there. I like the mix of different things.

Golden frame make the mirror appear luxurious classic design. Placed on a proper placement style of juggle changing room in an instant. And that is an object with at least one reflective surface. In addition, commonly used for personal grooming or admiring ones self, decoration and architecture. Most mirrors are designed for visible light.
