I'm very much over it

My husband has recently proclaimed that he wants to move back home (meaning New Zealand) so that he can spend Sunday lunch's with his kids and grandkids and everyone else. And I don't want to go. I supported my husband for the first six years of our relationship. The last four years he has been supporting me though I do play an intrical part in his business (my visa doesn't allow me to work). He often credits me with helping him to get back on his financial feet and this indeed is true. As a wife I have been sterling. I'm the one who organises balloons for his grandson's birthday, the one who organises a wreath for his ex-wife's mother's funeral etc etc..... in short, I'm the PA.... and I'm tired of my subordinate role. I don't want to go back to NZ and play lap dog to his family which I know will be the case. His kids like me. That's not the problem. I'm closer to their age than I am to my husband's. But I would like my own life. I am tired of being belittled. My husband is always going on about "Money. He who has the money, has the power." It makes me feel sick when he says that. Money is important because we all need it to survive but I can't help feeling he's not being realistic. He resently proclaimed that he would pay for his youngest daughter's boyfriend to go out with her because he comes from a 'good family' whatever that is. This was after I questioned why he was paying for said boyfriend's airfare's, accomondation etc. which added up to thousands. Nothing is to good for his youngest daughter but there is something sick in his plan because he is always telling me I can't have a child until we have enough money. I am forty-five. How long am I supposed to wait? Sorry, I just had to vent.
