How to react when DH ask for password

Hello again. Well here is a little background info. When DH and I married 3 years ago we combined our cellphone accounts (same company). SS 17 at the time we combined our accounts had his own cell phone account that DH paid for. Well a little short of one year went by and DH noticed it would be cheaper to have SS on our account. DH asked if it would be ok if we added SS and I agreed it was ok as long as I stayed the main account number. Shortly after we put him on our account SS asked DH for our password. When DH asked me for it I just gave it to him without thinking about it. About 6 months ago I noticed our bill had gone up so I went into the account and notice the things had been changed. The main account number was now SS and a text messaging plan had been added. DH had told SS "no" text messaging. I changed the main account number back to me. I called the company and they could not know for sure who had added the messaging plan. The cell company advised me to change the password so I did.

Yesterday I recieved a text message on my cell phone advising the SS cell phone was attempting assess to the account. I am sure DH received the message on his phone too. I called the company and they said yes he was attempting access and could be trying to download music which does cost money. The company did say that without the new password he would not be able to change anything on the account, but could download music for a cost.

I went home waiting for DH to say something because in the past I usually bring things up like this, but DH said nothing. After 10PM last night when DH and I had just gone to bed for some together time, SS calls, but DH did not answer it. He did get up about a 1/2 hour later and try to call him, but no answer.

So here is my question, when DH asks for the password how do I respond? SS is now 22 and in college. I know SS is going to want to get into our account. I truely feel he should get his own cell phone account to teach him responsibility about payment and usage of a cell phone. If he wants to unecessary cell phone calling and usage he can pay for it. I have suggested this to DH but he refuses to do so. How would you respond? What would you do? Thanks
