Benor - Miami/Dade-Rated & Energy Efficient?

Does anyone have any experience with Benor (also marketted as WindKing) windows? They have the highest DP rating (+/-70 psf) of any vinyl windows listed on the Miami/Dade County web site. I contacted the factory in Canada and they can provide a Miami/Dade rated window with the following performance:

Visible Light Trans: >66%

Summer U (day): 0.16

Winter U (night): 0.22

Shading Coefficient: 0.49

SGHC: 0.42

Additionally, these windows can be supplied with an hydrophilic glass exterior pane and stainless steel hardware throughout.

This would work well for an energy efficient oceanfront house that I am building on the hurricane-prone North Carolina coast (which has already seen 135 mph winds in my lifetime).

Questions:

1) Is this a good quality window?

2) Is this a good quality window considering the application?

3) Is there anything that I should make sure that I order with this window if I do use it?
