220v stove question - junction box in wall? Stove against wall?

Clearance concerns....

So, Im getting a new stove. Slide in, but double oven. On the back side, it doesn't have room on the bottom for what you would typically see which is a large 220v plug. In most cases Ive seen the box mounted on the wall, the stove plugged into that, but with the warming drawer there typically enough room so the stove slides all the way back with the plug sitting close to the floor.

What I am noticing on this stove (im about to buy) is it looks like you hard wire to the stove. On the stove side, it seems like it'll be flush because its just a wire hanging out of the back side of the stove. My question is can a junction box be mounted flush into the wall? If so, itll fit flush, if not I'm not sure how else this can be done....Ive read people complaining about these double ovens not sitting flush but there has to be a "to code" plug solution that will make this work. Any advice?
