Another fiori di Sicilia fan. Add it to your sweet dough recipe (1/4 to 1-2 teaspoon) and make cinnamon rolls with it. Instead of topping the dough with cinnamon/sugar, use a very thin coat of orange marmalade. To go along with fiori di Sicilia, I'd also recommend the European Candied Orange Peel. When I make a recipe from the Kansas Wheat Commission - 100% Whole Wheat Sugar Cookies - I add 1/4-1/2 t. fiori di Sicilia plus finely chopped European Candied Orange Peel. Both are "secret" ingredients others can't duplicate. I'd also suggest the Pain de Mie (Pullman) Pan with Lid. Make your own square loaves of sandwich bread. -Grainlady

I have PAoK ( new this year, blooms are lovely), and Carding Mill. C.M.'s blooms can be so pretty, fading to a pretty pastel ( see April 1st blooms in rose gallery). Tranquillity is one that looks gorgeous too. If I needed a white rose, it would definitely be a contender.

Thanks Sam !! What a bargain . I’m going to get a small one for myself and try plum perfect again for sure . I accidentally killed one here giving it fertilizer in 100 degrees and it was a band ! Lol yikes . Should know better but guess not !
