All this stuff with the BM and the Looser BF. She had took out the EPO and then didn't go to court. Well WHEN she didn't go to court CPS got called in on it. They took her statement of all the years she had been with him and how he had layed hands on her and how he would drive at high rates of speed with the kids in the car. She drew a very nice picture in her own words Then didn't go to court. Was out getting ice cream with him the night before court.

CPS called DH today. They told DH that they are pulling the kids from her custody. That if DH didn't want them they was going somewhere but she isn't keeping them for sure. DH told CPS that it was Christmas in June and it was an answered prayer. He told them that he had wanted to go to court and ask for the kids but that he was sure it wouldn't come out in his favor because he had no proof of how bad it was. NOW we have a full report written in HER own handwritting.

Congrats, drippy! May your KMOTGG grow and prosper ... I've decided that this plant just does not like me. I've tried from seed - bought and traded - with no success. Lisa (ishareflowers) sent me seed - no success. She also sent me a ton of volunteers last year; most of the ones I gave away did well for their new owners, while most of what I kept for myself did not do so well. I had two remaining plants that were trying their best, but as soon as they got some height, something kept chewing the tops off. Never could figure out what was doing it. After a while, they gave up the ghost too. It's really frustrating, so I've given up on ever having it. For now, anyway. PV

WOW!! That's wonderful in so many ways. Good for you for being willing to take the time and effort to talk to them, prepare plant lists, talk about what trees should come out, and lead the charge with regard to the habitat restoration. Congratulations! I hope it continues to go well.

Larry is an odd one for sure. But he is not off of his rocker I promise, just a bit of a recluse. He did not ask about the bill at the vet, because I asked when I went in. He did not ask, and they did not tell. I am $5.00 richer, but feel that I am some what entitled to the extra money. I felt a bit guilty, but I have spent a lot of time, worry and money on Buff over the years, but even at that, it was not the money, but the principle. Buffy is now home, next door, and I am sure will be home here tomorrow. I am still unsure of why he went and picked her up. And took off work early to do so. Guilt? We will probably never know, but what is important, is that Buff is well, and groomed and home. It is a crazy world out there sometimes. I will post a picture tomorrow when she comes here in the morning. Again, thank you all for your love and concern. I know this is just a dog, but this little gal has a soft spot in my heart. Regans Nursery in Newark or Fremont, usually has them..by May. Now,I know that Papayas aren't always self fertile and that's why they say to plant at least three. But,some are self fertile as the photo shows. Tough call..grow from seed and protect until large enough to go out,or buy one 12-16" tall and has a good chance to grow all summer and survive a mild winter.

good news. oh my, how is your SS would react, the one who wants dad to divorce you? hope he won't cause trouble. but kids need to out of there, great news.

WOW! I am so glad the kids will be safe now. What a horrible situation for them.

Yesterday we had SS graduation from 8th grade. It was hard because we know but she and SS didn't know any of what is to come. DH was more friendly with BM then I would have liked. She ended up sitting on the bleachers just behind DH SD sit between me and DH. I got kinda mad because DH talked to her and not me until the middle of the program. SD had moved to next to her mom and I asked him to slide down to sit next to me and his mom. He asked me to come to him. H*** N*. I know she was sitting with her leg on his back. When I walked MIL to the car, when I came back he was next to me, but talking to BM over looking over my head on the bleachers. When he would joke, he looked for her for the laugh. It was making me pretty mad. DH was saying he did nothing wrong. I asked him how he would feel if I was all over my EX. We both said our piece and all is well. He was just trying to make it easy on her because he knows she is having a hard time right now. It is her own doing. A lot like Hadley's husband Still makes you CRAZY!!
