Oh my, Eileen, she's sure growing up fast and beautiful. I just love those shoes, too. Frugal formals, I love that too. Ashley's senior homecoming was themed "country", no formals at all. Of course I paid as much for the Justin boots with silver tipped toes as I would have for a formal dress, LOL. I love the peppermint striped tie on the guy in the bottom picture. (grin) Beautiful, beautiful girls and guys seem to be much more "fashion conscious" now than they were when I was that age, but maybe it was just the guys I knew. :-) Annie

It's your wedding. Wear whatever is your dream! Just make sure the style of the bridesmaids matches the style of your dress. I found a beautiful dress that was kind of "loose/dreamy/running through the wildflowers" feeling but had already bought my bridesmaid dresses (long black cocktail type dresses) and it didn't match them at all. Found another dress more clean lined that I loved and made a much better match.

I haven't been in years. Sorry kswl isn't still around as I'm sure she would have had several suggestions in the vicinity of where you will be. There used to be dozens I would suggest but not so sure now. I'd look at Trip Advisor or Open Table or some such site, look at the menus for a few and choose one that is well-rated and appeals to what you'd like to eat.

Wow...are you sure a question like that doesn't require a site visit? Seriously, if you don't need coverings for practical reasons, don't bother as the room is beautiful. if those are single glazing, you might wish to have roller blinds fitted against the window and hidden by trim work painted to match the window trim. You would lose a few inches at the top but a talented trim carpenter could make them look almost like a part of the window trim. I could see custom made radiator covers that would mimic the wainscoting would turn those obstructions into a desirable feature. For the top use the same profile and dimensions, at the same height, as the window sills. Columns on the ends and probably three panels of approximately same proportions as the existing ones across the front of the radiators would work well. Do some research on radiator cover design as you need to have good air flow coming in from the bottom and exiting at the top and a properly designed cover will actually help, not hinder heat distribution from the radiators. Despite the term, more heat comes from convection than radiation and channeled air flow will increase the heat transferred to the room.
