Another Kind of 'Discovery' - Scratch Cover!! PIC

I was making a list of what I needed to refinish a old radio/stereo/? cabinet I found for $10. at a yard sale when I was reading on a antiques forum about using scratch cover to fill in scratches and use as a stain. So I went to Walmart and bought a bottle of "Old English" scratch cover. Just used it today and in less than a half hour, my cabinet looked great! There were some pretty deep gouges both on top and on the side along with a couple scrapes in front. I went over the entire thing with the stuff as if it were a stain and buffed it out good. Now I'm looking around the house for more things to make pretty!! LOL
