Women (at least 99.999%+ of them) don't bulk up. They don't have enough testosterone in their system to fuel the muscle growth. So, unless you're really eating a LOT of protein, using tons of supplements and doing real bodybuilding weight training, you're not going to add much muscle at all (especially, if you're over 30). The only problem you might run into is some slight joint issues, if the weight is too high for the amount of motion you're doing, but 5 lbs shouldn't be any problem at all.

You did really good. I love those 'stuff a bag' sales, I'm like you I find I can get lots more in a bag by rolling the clothing up and packing tightly. I love the 3 piece blue outfit in the last picture. You are a great 'sis'.

If you just want to use in house and yard to better view local birds. i give some suggestions to you. For the magnifiction, 8x is better than other. And the objective lense should be small than 50mm. so that you can easy to carry. I recently got an 8x32 binoculars for travelling. I got it form Eyeskey store, www.eyeskey.com The quality is very good and their service aslo perfect too.

Hi, I'm trying out mineral wool/stonewool/rockwool for houseplants and indoor vegetables (lettuce). Hand watering (fertigating) when the solid block, or container of croutons or loose wool is getting dry (by weight). Just started, but everything is growing well so far (and it's certainly cleaner to work with than peat). I'm used to the idea of minimizing salt build-up in container plants, either with periodic very low-salt flushes, or for fast draining mineral mixes with, say, a 15-25% flow through with every irrigation. So what's the real deal with salt and this type of "inert" medium - when hand watering? Couldn't find specifics, but some manufacturer blather seemed to say that a low- or no- salt flush is bad as it would stress the plant since there is no "nutrient buffer" in wool, or tried to imply that salt just doesn't build-up in wool products. Thanks for any hints.
