Hello everyone, We are pleased to now be offering Ticor sinks directly on Houzz marketplace! We have partnered with Ticor Sinks for many years and would like to take a moment to offer some clarity: there has been no change in ownership or "gone out of business" as suggested above. They have been producing their sinks continuously from the first post in this thread in 2008 to today, and if anything the quality is only improving as they are adding new designs, accessories, and features. Becca06, Sorry to hear that your being taken through the wringer. I know how you feel. Some posters don't have any sympathy for the sellers & they keep telling them to lower the price. That is well & good if you are not purchasing another house & have made a killing. But if you have to sell a beautiful home that is way underpriced & the buyers are still trying to take advantage of you, that is just plain awful. I got caught in the strange market & had already purchased a house for a fair price, but my buyers took me through the wringer. I had priced my house under comps & they wanted it for a steal(first buyers fell through). It was awful. I understand for buyers trying to get a deal & lowballing when the price is over the comps. But trying to prey on sellers when they are priced under comps but need to move is just plain sick. I know it's business, but it's ugly. The only consolation I have is that IF you are moving to an area where the homes are cheaper, it may behoove you to just sell & get out. Don't look back. I'm glad I sold (kinda gave it away) & am much happier now. The stress the darn house caused me was unreal. Reading the news today about the oil $100 a barrel may mean RECESSION next year. Not trying to scare you, but things are not looking bright. Good luck.

There seems to be something weird with C-tech. I ordered a C-tech sink last month from ecounters and it never arrived. When I called to inquire about it they told me that the sink I ordered and several similar models were not actually available. I then checked on Galaxy's website and noticed that they had removed all but 1 of the C-tech or Linea Imperiale sinks from their website. I couldn't really find any information on C-tech anywhere other than the company website that Galaxy tool's customer service provided me. The sinks looked good in their marketing materials and they had the unusual shape I was looking for--and I had searched everywhere. I contacted the company and they told me that the zero radius sinks in their brochures including the combination D bowl with square side bowl that I ordered were handmade and when they received the first shipments of the sinks they were flawed and deemed unacceptable for sale. I don't know how this affects your decision, but I was completely furious that they sold me a sink that didn't exist and no one bothered to tell me that they couldn't get it. I am also annoyed to see that ecounters still lists these sinks on their website--the sinks are all on sale and the site still claims the sink will ship within 5-7 days! I've now had to start all over with my sink quest (which was long and painful the first time around). I think I finally found something that will make me happy today and I am thrilled to be done with the search. Good luck. Hmm...don't have any great ideas for you, but did want to tell you that Galaxy Tool Supply's website once featured two triple bowl sinks whose product # only differed by the addition of one letter (and a price difference). When I called and inquired as to the difference, I was told that one was 16 gauge and one was 18 gauge.
