I think the "pearl like" pieces in the first medley will give some color to your counter area. If that's what you like, then the first choice would be your best bet. If not, go with the second.

Personally, I like the first, but it's not my kitchen. :-)

Traci can't get those first tiles because they have been discontinued. Do you know of a different tile company that makes something similar? She would love those first tiles, actually she DID love those first tiles until she found out that the sample the company sent had been discontinued.

Traci, I hope I didn't put words in your mouth, but that's what you are asking right? If anyone knows of a different source for the first tiles? I do like those first ones with the mother of pearl type tiles mixed in, but I also think the second one you found would also be pretty!

When I get back from running errands I'll try to see if I can help you find those other ones. There was no identifying info anywhere on the sample? Not a number of any sort or color name?

Bill - sorry, I should have included a link to my first post (or rather, rant) regarding the tile. I also prefer the first sample, but unfortunately after ordering a sample and receiving it, found that it was no longer on the company's website. After calling, we found it has been discontinued (just hadn't been removed from their site apparently)! So...I'm back to continuing to look.

Kat - I had to laugh since we posted responses to Bill at the exact same time :) I should have just been more specific with this post, but I think I'm still in shock over not being able to get the tile I wanted after looking forever - haha.

Anyway, thanks for the offer to help - I'll take any help given! But no, there's no name of a manufacturer on the tile or on the glasstilestore.com website. It's strange, but all these online tile companies seem to have things that are specific only to their sites, but SOMEONE has to be producing it, so you'd think multiple sites would have the same styles. I haven't been able to find this one anywhere though. For all I know, it actually could have been discontinued long ago and they just never took it off the website! Oh well, I'll eventually get over it - maybe :)

Oops, Kat, I forgot one thing. The name of the tile is the only thing I know and it's called Loft glass tile, the color is Skyline Blend. Of course out of ALL the others on the website, this is the only one I like or think will really work!

Ok, this is what I've found so far, they aren't the smaller tiles like you liked above but I think they might be the same colorway? Can't really tell though! I've still looking! :)

Kat - I love that tile!!!! Thanks so much for looking! I have actually been to that website, but I'd swear they didn't have that specific tile before. I like the longer rectangles just as much as the smaller if not more. I'm ordering a sample now! I promise I'll give all the credit to you if that's the one I end up using :)

Oh, here's one more that I ordered a sample of last week, so not sure why it's not here yet. I'm not sure if we're going to like it though - my husband thought he liked it at the time, but isn't positive now. I guess we'll see when it arrives. Enjoy your weekend!

I swear people must think I drink when I post on here because I never catch my mistakes before I post!!! The truth is I'm always going 100 mph and the electrician was here tonight finishing the job...which he almost did, so I was my usual distracted self! I guess this is why I have an editor!!
