Very interesting. I wish you link was working. I'd like to get a better look just for the heck of it. I don't need any headboards. I have more beds than we have mattresses at the moment.

They attach to the wall, just like a hotel bed headboard.

I think they are cool and may be just the right thing for a guest room that is only used once in a while. Certainly better than a blank wall. They certainly are easier to put up than trying to build a fabric covered headboard and cheaper than buying one from RH or the other places that sell fabric headboards. I'm sure that up close the quality may be just "so-so" (I haven't seen them) but these things have their purpose and place for use.

I like the idea of them being soft and comfy to lean against for reading or TV watching.

Not sure why dilly dally, but your links didn't work for me. I tried searching KMart for "inflatableheadboard" and came up with the same thing I did when clicking on your link. I wonder if they are not available in my area? I know Lowes is like that. You can change the zip code to see certain things there. Not sure about Kmart. They would be perfect for...say a home office, that you used an air mattress bed when guests arrived. We have a really nice one that's comfier than many beds, but there's no headboard. This would make it perfect!

That is weird. The link just directs to the main page. The search box is there though to use, and the *recently viewed* clicky brings up the headboards I viewed. Maybe they somehow personalize the pages with cookies when one visits and the link can't be transferred to anyone else for use? Sorry it did not work for everybody.

I thought of the inflatable headboard as a quick and easy solution for a fabric headboard instead of building one, but the "inflatable guestroom" idea sounds like a great idea for those living in small homes.

I bought one of these for my king bed and love it. It attaches to the wall with velcro. I got it at Bed Bath and Beyond through their website. I ordered at the store and used my 20% off coupon.

I think one of these could make a really cute daybed (with a couple pillows added) out of a twin for a child's room.

Great, denali! I also was hoping maybe someone had already tried one. They could be a great idea or a disappointment, depending on the execution. The fact that you use yours every day says a lot.

Just wish I'd known about it before I went to the trouble of upholstering a huge king headboard!
