Many local governments (city, county) in the US offer subsidized compost bins to their residents. I've seen the Biostack, Earth Machine, and at least one other model offered. Sometimes you can even get a worm box from these offers! Prices here in the Bay Area for subsidized bins run approx. 1/3 of retail price, give or take, so definitely check it out. I think the Biostack is retailing for $99 to $129, depending on where you want to purchase it, so $200 should get you some nice goodies, even if you have to pay full prices. Enjoy! Cynthia H. Hello adams403, I am in the same situation as far as feeding goes. My pairs eggs just hatched yesterday. I have the two hole feeder with the clear sides. I have removed one side and put some dried mealworms and bluebird treat in it. I also sat a dish on the ground next to it. It's been a week and I have yet to see them go in the feeder or take from the plate, although the last few days something has been eating from the plate on the ground. I think it takes time and patients. Try removing a plexi glass side until they learn to eat from the feeder, then put it back on and they will figure it out. A few years back when I lived with my parents I had a pair eating out of the two hole feeder on a shepards hook so I know they can do it. I can't help with the Ohio part either, but here are some other suggestions: 1. Ask the bride for alternative recommendations! After all, it's her wedding! 2. Call the church secretary where the wedding is being held. She'll know the area and probably know where most rehearsal dinners are held. 3. Find a chain of restaurants you like in YOUR area and find out if they have one in Lorain. 4. Start phoning hotels in the areas and ask if they have a small banquet room as part of their restaurant facility. Hope this helps!

LOL, Annie...but I am able to get whatever my "culinary skills" out there....it is fun for me and exciting...and I did make more than min wage around these here parts when I did do it...I also got a catering job last weekend...I didn't make much...like $60 bucks...but they also didn't want me to home made anything..just coordinate...had me pick up that dastardly fried chicken from Walmart!! UGH!! I picked up 100 pieces...they took home 70 pieces..what a waste of money. I'd rather have been able to whip up some chicken and dumpling casserole for half the price and much tastier! They were very pleased with me and gave me a big ten dollar tip lol. I'll take it. And hopefully this will lead to other jobs...we'll see!
