Well thanks everyone...I enjoyed sharing it. Its really nice to have someone (s) :-) to share your thoughts and feelings with! Mary, Im not sure because my photo album is a little out of order now. Would you believe we took 350 pictures while in England? LOL! Anyway, some of the pictures got out of sequence, but I think the picture you are asking about is either the Cotswolds or from Cheltenham? I love England. It really felt like a 2nd home to me...the people there are truly the nicest and most genuine Ive ever met. I hope to get the chance to go back some day. Funny too, my dad would always said that the one bright spot while serving in the war was when he was stationed in England. He loved the people there and always told us how kind and friendly they were to the young soldiers so far from home. He was always so grateful for that. :-) I wish he would have had the chance to visit there again during peace time, but after the war dad refused to fly anymore. Yes Woody, I dont always succeed either, but I tell my self its good to have a goal! :-) And you are right PM, actually, that is why I write down/save the things that touch me because I "forget" and it helps me get back on track and inspires me when I need a lift. Marian...it is a lot of work, but if you ever did decide to do it I know it would be something the girls would cherish forever. Here are some pics I took today. Some things blooming and things that I don't know what they are, lol. I got the pond done and then dummy me put the pea gravel in and it was nasty so now I have to drain it and refill it or wait and see if it settles and clears up. I still have a lot to do but I can finish the rest by myself. He is coming back next week to till around my gazebo and then I will see what else I can talk him into tilling up for me, lol. He is a nice guy and took a bunch of mulch up to my pomagranate tree and put a nice thick layer under it after he heard me telling it I promised to give it some of that good compost soon, lol. He probably thinks I'm nuts. I moved the little trailer and hid it behind the shed. If you know what the other two plants are please let me know. I need to divide the big one with the wierd hanging flowers or repot it. Thats the itchy plant. The hairy one I don't know what it is either but it makes cluster of flat pink blooms and I got a couple of blooms on my candy corn vine. The other is my pink bower vine starting to bloom. The close up green one is of what I think are mealy bugs? I put alcohol on them yesterday but it didn't faze them. Time for more drastic measures.

Ellie - There are a few of us here that love the pinks and lavenders... I added in a love for blue eyes, just to shake things up! :0)~ Glad to hear DRN will shape up. It wasn't *too* bad, but I always am so impatient for them to bloom right! Jan - I am *so* impressed with Crystal Sea. I got it as a one fan bonus, and had never heard nor seen pictures of it. It is a HUGE bloom here, and it is a perfect pink for me - you? Ballerina Beautiful opens perfect for me every time... so far (knock on wood). I would totally recommend it, scapes are nice and thick with the right height, foliage is nice. Maybe in fall I'll have enough to trade ya somethin'? Pat - I used to HATE pink, but as I grew older, I liked it more and more. Maybe because I was *supposed* to like it as a little girl, I rebelled. Silly girl. Pinks with pink watermarks really get me going (like Clown's Cabaret). Nancy - I keep asking myself, "don't I have enough? Where will I put MORE?". Guess it never ends. This forum is the worst enabling site ever, because people show you photos, and also tell you how good the plant is.... :o) Michelle - hang in there, my SOT has not increased well for me either. I think this is one that takes its sweet time settling in. When it does bloom, you'll be delighted - the flowers are so good. Judy - thanks for the encouragement to wait! I am soooo impatient for more blooms! Debra - it is an intro from Hillard Lawler (DrBud - LA). I got it as a bonus. It has the weirdest parents ever for a pink - BILL NORRIS X FLAMING WILDFIRE. Tet, 8" flower on 40" scape. I seriously just planted it, so the flowers have a lot of room for improvement. I'll post the pic he sent me - it is fabulous. Can't wait to see it next year.

Wow! I haven't gotten snow yet and many winter birds haven't arrived yet.
