Who has the paper train?

Who from this site has the paper train? I know it's around somewhere, and I can probably find it by back tracking, but if you have it or have had it and sent it out please post here. Thanks Penny

I think I got it first and sent off a loooooong time ago! I am thinking it should be sent back to me before you get it back!!!

Thanks for posting Rebecca, I have it pretty much narrowed down to a couple of people, who could possibly have it but I would really like for it to just be put back on track without me having to identify them to the group as bad swapper. So if you have had some problems and are just now mailing it out fine, but PLEASE get this package back on track, other wise I will have no choice but to list you as a bad swapper, to the group so that everyone here is aware of the problem. Scrapbook supplies are too costly to let members of this group be afraid of bad swaps being listed here. Please let's just get this box moving on to it's next destation, and have a good time swapping. Penny

It was a hoot having Campbell come and visit me in Arizona. I was not able to pick him up on Fri. so he had to sit and wait for me to pick him up on Mon. He was very upset but alls well that ends well.We enjoyed having him here. Now he is on the way to "a city born from the ruins of a former civilization" located right here in Arizona!! Postmaster said he should arrive there sometime tomorrow. Will post pics later when I have uploaded them to photobucket.

Yes, I've heard family stories, too, about kids being trained at a year or 18 months. Like my Gram said my one great aunt had her kids all trained by 13 months but we're talking she was nasty with them! She would make them wear wet or dirty pants for hours to teach them it was bad and they got spanked with a paddle for going and punished in other ways. Like a kid that age can really understand the concept and everything? I wanted DS potty trained early but it just didn't happen...he wouldn't cooperate and the more we yelled at him for going in his pants the more he resisited. He's been potty-trained fully (well during the day. Some nights he doesn't wet a pull-up and others he does a lot! It's not because he has a pull-up on either cause he'll get out of bed in the morning and have one on and still go to the potty just fine) for about 5 months now. I know kids older than him that are still working on it and parents who haven't even tried really. So I guess where he is is better than where he could be. ~Leslie~

I think bleach is okay, as long as it is washed out with water after the fact. Cats are repulsed by anything citrus scented, though, so I would avoid any orange cleaners, etc. This might sound odd, but have you actually seen your kitty "go" outside the box? I ask because, my cat has long hair back there, and occasionally stuff gets caught in the hair, and then I find it in other parts of the house (whichever room he goes to next). So to outsiders, it would look like he was going out of the box, but he is not. Also, he likes having two boxes. He tends to pee in one, and poop in the other. Have you thought of setting up a second box somewhere (sometimes space prohibits this) Then there are the standard litterbox checklist: 1. Some cats are repulsed by scented litter. Have you tried unscented? 2. Is there any loud machinery next to the box (i.e. washing machine, furnace, etc) that might have startled him? 3. Have you tried out different litter textures/depths/larger boxes/etc.? 4. Are you sure to scoop daily? 5. Is it only pooping out of the box? If any peeing, then see a veterinarian for possible UTI. Hope some of this helps.

Pat,
The paper train is a scrapbook paper swap that Penny started quite some time ago. She sent a package of papers to the first swapper, they select the papers they would like, and replace them with the same amount of different papers, then sends it off to the next person on the list. This message was posted because some of us that signed up for the swap have not received it yet and Penny is trying to track it down. Hope this makes sense to you.
