To buy a new machine or not?

Hello! I'm new here! I just received my grandmother's White Rotary Electric model #43 machine. It was working pretty well, then the wheel quit turning. I think it needs a new belt and a good cleaning. I am just using the machine for mending and a few simple household projects. My dilemma is that it will cost me between $70 and $90 to have it cleaned, oiled, and repaired. Should I do it, or should I just go buy a new machine for about $120? Thanks in advance for your insight.
