Just keep adjusting until you get it to fall right. Adding your fringe will also help a lot, so baste the fringe on before you adjust again so you don't get it perfect and have to take it down and start over. Your latest adjustments just need a bit more tweaking. Maybe it's easier to see from a photo than head-on, so if that's the case just keep checking your pix until you get the look you're after.

I appreciate the feedback. I honor & value honesty Sometimes it can sound a bit harsh; nature of the beast! My budget is such that the small amount matters. iPad is bottom line older purchased with trade ins, price matching and no personal funds for anything for a couple of months. I opted to do outer edges as little actual Velcro as possible (since i had the under fabric) and only top & bottom. So far no problems, but I'll own up if they happen. And rework the budget for a service visit. I hate using glue but that would have been safer...glue used Velcro to ribbon. Sew ribbon onto divider. Being self-taught my knowledge is lacking in a lot of the commonsense and basics. I'm hoping to fill some gaps by being here!

Hi yes I was going to keep the lining that they came with as the lining is sewed all the way around. Also the valance scoups ddown in a few places. If I used that fabric from the link and the stich whichery, would it cfhange the way the valance bunchesz up together right now. I just didn't want something to think that it changed the way the valance hung. Here is a photo of the valance, you can't really see the design, but overall do you think it looks okay for this window. I wasn't sure about how the swags in it per say looked. I got them from amazzon and the drape glass rod from walmart

moonshadow, I hear exactly what you are saying, my space actually is in a PERFECT spot, it's the first booth you see when you enter the room (it's in an annex section of the main building) but it's still a prime spot. I think with the way these malls are set up, IF your booth does not have something flashy or coordinated to "draw" the attention to it, then it is likely to blend in with all the other booths. So defining the space and keeping it simple but colorful (and I will also be using small string lights all around inside) will make it stand out. I dont intend to make the curtains to take up more than the depth of the bookcases etc that will be inside. so the view wont be blocked, and most likely I will draw them back so that the bulk of the fabric will be visually upward, leaving the "doorways" open. I will be securring the frame using weighted containers and will brace it as well to the cabinets which will be in front of the frame. I dont think there is any chance of it toppling over. Unless someone were to hang from above it? but it being 10 ft tall that is not too likely. bumping into it wont be an issue either, as the four corners will be protected by the cabinets on 3 sides (clear as mud?) This is the actual booth (someone else is in it now) I will have a few dressers that will be in front of the frame at the right front section imagine something like this but without the top cover, just the perimeter.
