My take on this, and YMMV of course, is that I'd take down the multiple baby photos of each child and instead have one adorable phto of them, say at one year, and a mix of photos from more recent years. We have a friend who has a million photos of her children (now in middle school)as infants all over her home. This is what she likes and it is her house, but if she asked me my opinion I'd tell her they aren't babies anymore. My kids want to see their photos up as they are now, not as infants. Take the other photos and put them in a nice album where you can look back upon them.

Yeah, sometimes you/we do it for the overall greater good, I guess. Reminds me of a couple stories. Last year noticed a disabled car (college-age ladies, presumably) stuck in an unusual highway merge spot, one where most folks couldn't possibly have explained by phone where they were (Arlington VA near GW parkway/Rosslyn coming over the TR bridge from DC). So I offered to get them some gas, which involved a large multi-highway loop to get back to the same spot. Afterward, they offered neither a thanks nor a couple bucks for the gas. I typically would not take cash for this sort of good Samaritan thing, but with their lack of appreciation I mentioned that the gas cost a couple bucks. Driver said "All I have is a twenty". I didn't have change so I said "that's fine". (When I have told this story to women, many have gotten mad at me for taking the money!) Another time, walking down the street (Old Town Alexandria) I encountered a lady who had dropped her Volvo car keys into the storm sewer grate, and they were submerged in leaves, hopefully not fallen through all the way. I rigged an umbrella to reach them, with an electric wire hook, did a couple "dips" to try to catch them, got lucky and pulled them up. She never said a thing, still fuming from her disgust at dropping them in the first place. (Still wish I could have grabbed them and thrown 'em back in, though.)

Great idea. Especially since she won't have to deal with putting the pictures together. I am just finishing our wedding album and I couldn't decide upon how to arrange a page until I saw the pictures I had available. Now for your idea. You need picture taking advice from my friends to get some hilarious shots. Examples of pictures we have include extreme close-ups of faces, a fire hydrant, the bartender, the cake plate from after the cake feeding, the groom and his attendants with pantlegs pulled up to show some leg, pictures from inside the bathroom using the mirror for self portraits, and pictures of other people taking a picture.
