LMAO... USPS Free Shipping Supplies... Postal Zone Chart Priority Mail Prices Unless you are shipping something very heavy these boxes usually cost more than sending by wt. That is soooooo true. If I mail to someone in mail zone 4 from me, I have to stuff 6 LBS in there to warrant going Flat Rate, as opposed to paying by the pound. I STUFFED a box yesterday until it was bulging, and it only weighed 3 LB 4 OZ. To ship to mail zone 4 would have been $7.85, but to zone 8 would have been a whopping $14.25. I really think a lot of folks tend to think boxes are a lot heavier than what they really are...so they think flat rate is the best deal. I can guestimate things fairly well, keeping in mind how a LB of burger feels, or 5 LBS of sugar...but having the digital scale sure helps to verify I am right. I've also started using the Click and Ship and paying the postage on line, and getting the printout of the mailing label and postage...and taping it on. Silly me, thought you had to have special sticky label paper for that... I also Schedule Priority Mail Pick Up on line...as they will no longer pick it up, if it is not scheduled If it is a First Class parcel (under 13 OZ) and will not fit in the box, I just put a note in the box for my carrier to pick up at the back door. Well, it seems I have more "planned" than I've actually done. But here's the scoop on what I've done/am doing. 1. 8x10 size for my mom's 2nd wedding 2. Going Down Under (trip to Australia) 3. Baby's first Year (my dd's baby book) 4. Ds#2--Birth to 5 years (not quite done, as he turns 5 in 5 weeks LOL!) working on my wedding/honeymoon album just decided to do an ABC album with ds#1. He is 7 and we are homeschooling, so this is kinda his project too. I tell you guys, this is an awesome way to use up misc. photos. In the future: I will have a Birth-5 years album for ds#1 and dd. These will be their books to have when they leave home. (Obviously will also do 6-10 yrs, then 11-graduation) I will have my own family album. But when I say "family" I more mean just pics of my kids. Maybe some other family members will make it into the album, if they're lucky LOL. christmas thru the years album The Grandpa Book this will be a 5x7 tribute album for each of the kids, about thier grandpa and great-grandpas who've passed away. Hi- I have 4 albums started, I skip around alot. I work on one then in the midle of doing that one I may get an ideal and start on another one..... tonight I have done 10 pages in my wedding album....I was married over 7 years ago..but I am just now starting on it. I would love to start an ABC album...but it will have to wait.....keep on scrappin!!!

I make scrapbooks for each of my brothers and their children, my children, my mom, dad, myself, and my bf, grandparents and cousins and aunts and uncles. WHEW! I ALWAYS get douple prints, so if I have a photo of say myself and one of my brothers, I get a copy in my scrapbook and I make a page for his using the second photo. I gave each of my family members a scrapbook for christmas last year (over 17) and they LOVE getting pages added to it, as I make them. I bought a BUNCH of 3 ring binders cheap at yard sales, and put their names on the back of the binder, so when I get photos developed I put their photos in a page protecter inside their binder till I have the time to scrap their photos. When I have several done, I give them their pages for holidays, or birthday gifts. They all LOVE this. Love Penny
