Have you ever had a problem with bulk bins? Do you compare prices from other sources? Our little health food store bags up grains from large 50-pound bags and puts them in 1- and 5-pound bags and then charges outrageous prices for them. It's cheaper for me to purchase large quantities. A problem I can see with bulk bins is when the staff puts the wrong kind of wheat (or other grains that look like wheat) in the bin - or the only marking for the product is "WHEAT". How do you know what you have? "WHEAT" just doesn't cut it.... I just purchased 100-pounds of Hard White Winter Wheat that has a protein level of 13.1. That tells me much more than just "wheat". I need to know if it's hard or soft. Hard for yeast breads -- soft for cakes/pastry/cookies/quick breads, homemade bulgur, mixed-grain cereal blends for homemade cooked cereals, Rejuvelac, etc. I also prefer the mild-flavored WHITE wheat to the more acidic RED wheat varieties, but that information isn't always provided; and unless you know your wheat, you might not know what's what just by looking at it. Is the wheat "certified organic" or "chemical-free"? Spring Wheat and Winter Wheat are also points of information. Hard Spring Wheat is generally a larger grain and has more endosperm than Hard Winter Wheat. Therefore you get more flour and less bran from Spring Wheat than Winter Wheat - BUT - there is usually more gluten in Winter Wheat because of it's longer growing season than Spring Wheat. Durum, yet one more variety of wheat, makes the best wholegrain pasta because it's higher in gliadins than glutenins (the two proteins that make up what we call gluten); but durum wheat doesn't work for yeast breads or other baked goods. I live in a small town and don't have access to places that have "bulk bins" like Whole Foods, but in the few stores I've purchased from bulk bins when we've been traveling, I always wonder how old IS the stuff in the bins? I ordered undercabinet fluorescent lights from CSN Lighting last July, and had a couple of problems with the order. First their website listed one price for the units, but when I select the items and proceded to the checkout, a different (and of course higher) price was used for calculating the total. Then, when I called to get the price problem straightened out, I specifically asked whether fluorescent tubes were included with the lights since the website said (and still to this day says) "This undercabinet fluorescent light bar is the latest in undercabinet lighting, complete with energy efficient T5 fluorescent lamps." which really suggests that the lamps would be included. Whereas the PDF specifications file from the lamp manufacturer noted that the lamps were not included. So, the person I talked to checked and said that the fluorescent tubes would be included with the lamps. When the shipment arrived, no fluorescent tubes. After several subsequent calls to them I was unable to get the matter straightened out, so I ordered the tubes from elsewhere and have decided to not give any more business to CSN Lighting (or any of the dozens of other CSN stores) My main lighting for the room, I ordered monorail track lighting from Arcadian lighting, and had a much better online shopping experience. They honored their 110% price match guarantee without batting an eyelash, and the person I dealt with there (Tony Lin) was extremely helpful. The order was shipped with two incorrect items, and Tony noticed it before the package arrived, and immediately shipped a separate package with the right items, and a prepaid shipping label to return the wrong items.

If the drain works, then there is no need for a condensate pump. Who somebody trying to sell you a pump? I did not see a response as to whether the 2 ton AC kept you cool in the summer. What temperature do you set the thermostat? How is the humidity level? The Bryant 214 is part of the legacy series. I would rather see you spend a little more money and get something from the Bryant Preferred series. Trane makes a very good heat pump and from everything I have read would have no hesitation to buying their equipment. Many warranty problems are due to bad installations which seems to be common in Florida. Trane may have refused to honor warranties where the equipment was improperly installed. Tigedunes knows heat pumps. So I recommend you consider any of his recommendations. Consider all options, but the decision may come down to your budget and the size of the closet. You also need to find a contractor who know how to install a heat pump properly. Some of the comments you have posted so far makes me suspicious.
