Violets do take 6-8 weeks typically to open once the buds form depending on the number of petals per flower (more petals = longer time.) Looks like it's awfully close now.

I have been deceived by many China purchases. Will not purchase anymore unless I have to. If it is a link they sent you that it is New York. Do not use that link, Double check on site from transport company, that is if you have a tracking number and a company they sent with. Bet ya you will not find it. They have been known to give you a "fake" tracking number generated by them, not a real one. Happened to me a couple of times, never got the items. Also this is why I ALWAYS use PayPal to back me up. I have always got my money back from PayPal.
