But these seem like they would be cooler and they say they have good arch support. llbean is a little rich for my blood, except my llbean addition Subaru Outback. I see that i didn't say what brand that i had the boot problem in, but it was the first Electrolux Wave Touch that was delivered. I refused to have the boot/seal replaced after owning it a day. It rubbed really bad on the left side about a 6 in area and a 2in area on the right. It could be seen that there was more space between the seal and the drum on the right and on the left the drum was tight aginst it. Rubbed an 1/8th groove in the rubber. I was not sure if replacing the seal or boot would fix it, or if the drum came too far forward on that side. After spinning there would be a hot rubber smell, and the rim of the drum was coated in rubber dust, plus flakes all over. I told Electrolux that i had read of others having this problem too, so maybe whoever thay have who installs the rubber should be checked. Sometimes it seems like you should ask for anything you buy to be inspected before shipping from factory. I had to wait over 3 weeks to get another washer, but they did send me $100.00 for having to go to the laundry. Got a good one the second time.

My despencer drawer also got stuck when it was closed. I pulled at the left side where it goes toward the back of the washer and gently forced it open. It came out and we pushed it in again and when we pushed the release button, it worked. It has done it a couple of times, but i am having it looked at this week when they come to see about the washer door as it is not rreleasing like it should. I had a wave before this that the drum rubbed against the boot and it wore an 1/8th in groove in it and i had rubber shavings all over my clothes. I returned it because of reading that others had had that problem and they had the boot replaced and it didn't help. If yours just rubbs very little it may lessen. Hope you are able to get the drawer open. We didn't break ours when we forced it open, it just came out as we pulled. Good Luck

I have been seeing a new trend all over the Houston area and in Louisiana . Girls wearing colorful rubber boots with shorts and every day wear . I own a couple pair of these rubber boots but use them in rain and wet areas . They were very helpful during the flood . But they are hot and heavy and not terribly comfortable . They are cute in all of the prints and colors . I have also seen the cowboy boots in rubber now those are pretty nice and much more comfortable but still hot . My sister has a pair I really like . But I don't get wearing any heavy rubber boots in the heat of the Houston summer , it's been cooler lately but I am talking about months ago .
