When I make DVD's to play in my DVD player - I have to "create a DVD". I cannot just place files on it and have it play. I also have to "capture" the video, not just copy the files onto my computer. I have an older version of Sonic that I use. THe part of the program that I use to create playbable DVD's is called My DVD Once the DVD project is done, I cannot add more to it. I can add many different video chapters while I am creating it, but not after it is finalized. Some DVD players will not recognize DVD-RW also.

Perhaps you have turned the sound to OFF. Go through the setting on the menu or display, and see if the sound is ON or OFF. I have turned mine off before, and that's why I mentioned it to you.

unless you have a hi def DTV RX, you won't have HDMI. if all the sat RX and the surround system both support optical, go that route. you wire the optical cable from teh RX to the surround for your audio, and component/s-video to the TV. if the directv RX does not support optical, then option A will be your only choice. again, audio to the surround and video only to the tv.

I've used several of her tapes, and if you can do the workout, it's great. She is a little to perky for me, but after doing the tape a few times, I can mute the sound, and still follow along. I use them mostly in the summer when it's already 90 degrees at 6 am, and only going higher. I can't take that level of heat. Yes, lots of sidesteps and kicks. One can use hand weights or not, to increase the level of the workout. Overall, I'd say it't a good workout. Don't buy the 1-mile DVD. Go for the 4 or 5 mile one. Each workout is divided into 1 mile segments, so you can do any segment you want.
