Finally back!

I've been without a computer for over a week. Had to take it in, and was full of viruses and malware, and had almost no memory left. It wouldn't let me get online. Now, got it all cleaned up, better virus and malware protection, and cruising right along. I've missed being here!

Yep, we are in a rural area about 30 miles south of Memphis. Sad thing is, we are in DeSoto county, which is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation, but AT&T is hit & miss out here. A mile up the road you can get it but they haven't installed fiberoptic cable here yet...been very frustrating to say the least! But I love being back out here where I grew up. 5 acre plot, lots of peace & quiet! With everything going on, I haven't had much time to do garden junkin..picked up a few things at yard sales. Been into couponing, building a stockpile..LOL

Linda welcome back. WE missed ya. Now I hope that you do not have to do without your computer again! Elizabeth ha ha ha I just finished playing my GD Webkinz account lol. I keep it going and on the day she is here, she gets to play. She does not have a computer at home. Bob it is especially bad if you need those to WORK! Even though I can not fit the microwave in there. lol Lucy

I have pictures of the plumie, lots of them. She's got blooms and managed to keep them for the trip home. ;) Last night was heavenly having her inside in the living room. Haha! I just love the scent. As for that POS Ford... You're so right, it coulda been a commercial! Gosh, I thought she was going to blow a gasket, literally, She being the MIL. When it broke down the second time, the third? Well... all she could do was laugh and smirk then say that at least we were close to home. *chuckles* Close to home for her maybe, but certainly not for my husband & I as we live 2 1/2hrs away from her. I'll go finish uploading photos and add descriptions, so you can enjoy a good laugh and some beautiful images. ;) ~Tina, enjoying being home very much so!

Hi Cathy, glad to hear yours are back. Mine just started patrolling the yard last week, no signs of a nest yet but I usually get one every year. I think it's interesting that my bluebirds are back to their "beginning of May" schedule instead of the "middle of April" schedule they've been on for the past two years. I wonder if it's the climate or the weather or just a different pair this year on a different schedule.
