Lydia I never thought of that! When I wrote to Tamara, I told her that I do the daily quiz and often post a funny. I mentioned that I change the title of the quiz....today's quiz, daily brain teaser etc, just so it's not so repetitive. This morning I tried posting a funny and I got "banned" for spamming. She wrote to say that she's having the techs look into it, but I'm very nervous every morning when I post. It happens instantly.....I get a warning that I'm spamming, and I immediately can't post on any of the forums. Just get the home page....equivalent to being sent to the tea cups! lol I'll make a "written" note vs a "mental" note to put the date on the post in the morning Lydia!

Dee's,, I hate to be the one to bust your bubble, but in my opinion there is no such thing as "super cute heels". Whenever I see a woman wearing heels I have to ask myself, why would anyone with even a modicum of common sense build a cathedrawl on an outhouse foundation? Heels are at best dangerous and whoever came up with the notion that they improve a womans appearance needs to get their head out of their backside. If it were left up to me heels would be relegated to history in the same manner as girdles & high button shoes with button hooks.

What if you just: removed the island (so you and others can move more easily around your space) put the range on the wall between the dining room and the kitchen (and vent it) moved the sink slightly to the right so it's centered on the right half of the window (to increase the counter work space between the range and sink and also to have a nice work space facing out the window) moved the fridge all the way to the left on its wall, so that wall becomes fridge --> long-ish continuous counter --> ovens (the counter is a landing spot for both the fridge and ovens and also could be your beverage station) purchased a counter-height rectangular table with a stainless or butcher block or stone top that fits in the breakfast area but that also could be pushed against your kitchen counter to act as a peninsula like this (but without chairs on the kitchen side): You can push the table into the peninsula configuration (blocking the left half of the slider) when you need more counter space or when you want people to be able to sit closer to you while you work. The rest of the time, the table can sit centered normally in the breakfast nook and make the slider look normal.
