Numb feet while exercising

A few months (or year ago) I posted about my feet going numb when I walk for any distance. This week I joined the Human Performance Lab at school. I mentioned to the faculty/exercise phys students there about my feet and that it starts n the little toe and moves across. He said that it is most likely a tendon that goes around my ankle that swells as I exercise. Kind of like corporeal tunnel in the wrist. Since I have had bad sprain in both ankles, the probability of it being a swelling tendon is even higher.

Several of you mentioned that you had similar problems. Might be the same thing, especially if you have previously sprained an ankle.

He said it wasn't necessarily bad but he could understand that it could be annoying. At least I know I am not going crazy and as long as it doesn't get any worse, I should be good.

Just wanted to share!

Janie, who is trying to get her BP down and keep it there!
