Your kitchen is similar to the one we are ripping out (and the only reason being is the cabinets are not functional and they are literally falling apart).

But I even have the same knobs as you in my existing kitchen. I love the look of them but I like the pulls you have in the first pic a lot more.

You could do the pulls on the drawers and the knobs on the doors. I've seen hardware mixed like that before and I like the look.

I will say this, at 5'4" tall, my belt loops ALWAYS get caught on the drawer knobs in my kitchen (honest! at least twice a day this happens!). When it comes time to pick out hardware for our new cabinets I'm getting pulls to avoid that.

My opinion may be biased because of that little tidbit, but I still think the pulls give it just enough punch without taking away from the look of the cabinet.

One more vote here for pulls. You have a pull shape going already with the handles on your microwave and range. I think that gives the look of consistency and clean lines, a nice subtle modern look.

I think we have the same appliances, except I have an electric stove because I'm afraid of the gas and flames - silly fear! Anyway, my appliances aren't in place yet, but now that I see yours, I am more excited than ever to get mine in. Have you thought about pulls in the same finish as your appliances?

Also, your countertop is very pretty - what is it? The colors look very rich. Nice kitchen!

Pulls on the drawers. I think it lends more interest to mix knobs and pulls. Also, I think the drawes look more balanced with the pulls than the knobs. I am 5'5" and I always catch the pockets of my sweat pants on our oval knobs. Who know that being vertically challenged would mean more than just not being able to reach high places?

I like the weighter, more substantial look of the cup pulls for the drawers.

Maybe if you post the finish & brand name, we can find them at a good price & in stock from an on-line/ eBay source.
