Do we need a RE attorney? (buying)

We are buying a ski condo in different state than where we live. We contacted an agent to show us several properties. All but one were listings from another agency. However, the property we ended up making the offer on was her listing. She is the only agent in her agency so she is the seller's agent but put in the offer for us as we didn't want to get another agency involved. Just wondering if we should get a RE attorney for the transaction. We have bought & sold 5 houses in the state where we live and have always just used the same attorney.

We are trying to keep expenses to a minimum so just wondering if anyone has any thoughts in whether we need an attorney for this transaction. We do not plan on being at the closing because it is far from our house & were thinking the attorney could represent us there. What other functions would the attorney perform? Thanks!
