Replacing a new storm/screen door?

serendipity01

We want to replace our old battered screen/storm door and we have seen something that we like at Home Depot for a reasonable price.

My husband and I are quite handy and have done a number of DIY projects around the house, but never any doors. It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult assuming that the door is standard size and would it fit correctly without having to make alterations to the opening (still need to double-check the measurements before we buy).

I'm thinking that we just uninstall the old door by removing the screws that surround it, then pop in the new door, check level and plumb, shim if necessary, screw in and reattach molding?

Am I missing something? It seems like it wouldn't be too difficult, but I've said that about other "easy" projects that have turned out to be a bear!

Advice gratefully received!
