Figuring out how much home you can afford

Does anyone have a reliable site or source for math-challenged folks like myself? What I'd like to find out is how much more our monthly payment will be if we:

Sell our house that we bought for $300K for $400k (a conservative estimate, and that excludes the commission an agent would gather) and buy a house for $570,000

Taxes now are $2700 per year; taxes with new house would be approximately $6500 per year.

We'd be moving from NY to NJ, and closing costs in NY are high, so estimating $10K there.

Our monthly payment now (we have a 30-year fixed-rate) is $1,270, and we have $144K left on the mortgage. Trying to gauge a ROUGH ballpark monthly payment on the new house.

Of course, will have to account for other costs separately, like moving, the increase in heating bills, commuting costs to NY, cost of new furnishings, etc. But if anyone can offer a good site/source, I'd appreciate it.
