What to use to replace on 4 X 4 bath tile..

I removed a row of 7 - 4.5 X 4.5 bath tiles above our sink so a new longer medicine cabinet would fit without intefering with a light fixture. The tile removal went great based on some instruction provided in this forum. The medicine cabinet sits in within inches of the corner of the room. The cabinet was not quite as wide as the number of tiles I removed. In other words I really only needed to remove 6.5 tiles instead of 7. You really do not notice the missing piece of tile in the corner but I brought one over to HD and they cut it to size. I'd like to stick it back up. I have liquid nails, caulk and Silicon II tub and tile sealant available at home. Will any of these adhere this single half piece of tile to the wall?
