TJ Knight's departure from the show was well publicized, so I don't expect to see him back. They seem to have left an option for Izzy's fate to go either way, but of course that could be part of the cliff-hanger technique.

Since I haven't been watching much, I was unfamiliar with the ex-soldier who seems to have a thing going with Christina. I thought he looked deranged.

I have watched from day 1 and I don't have a clue as to the 007.I am assuming they are gonna tell when the new season starts. Well,we saw Izzy die but wasn't George in surgery? So maybe he doesn't get on the elevator with Izzy? I love that show! Keep us guessing so we will watch. lol

Yep, 007 was my big question mark too. And I just love Dr. Bailey. She had a good part last night. The wedding was cheesey!!! Of course, that lets them string that event out for another year or till the series ends.

It sure looks like in real life the actress who plays Little Grey may be pregnant. Her face has filled out as if she is pregnant. She was always so slender and in the face too, but not now. I noticed they do not show her waist since I have been playing detective. In fact, I thought they might incorporate her pregnancy into the plot, but guess not.

sheilajoyce, the actress who plays Little Grey just gave birth recently to her 3rd child, a girl. So you're instincts were correct, they were trying to hide her body for the last months.
When they were all worrying aloud about George going to Iraq, didn't McSteamy refer to George as 007? So it must have been an established nickname from an earlier episode, but darned if I can remember when.

when they were planning the intervention, Alex made the comment of 007 won't survive in Iraq. That must of been a nickname they gave George when he was the Chief's spy last season. I hope it was just a cliff hanger episode and that Izzie doesn't die. Meridith Grey is now pregnant in real life, so expect that storyline next season and Little Grey was pregnant during this season.
