My DD and I went to one in our area and it's really neat...The food was pretty good..I had a hamburger but my DD had the hot dog with the works and loved it....

I used to love going to the Sonic. Liked their hamburgers, tater tots with cheese and slushes.

I absolutely hate their commercials, and when I pass one I think about stopping and then think about their dumb commercials and just won't stop.

Love their chili dogs with cheese.The ones around here have really good iced tea also.

Oh Yes, Chili dogs or did they have Frito Pies?? I haven't been to a Sonic in20 years or more! They had them down south when we went to Texas and none here in the north.

I like everything at Sonic. Especially their breakfast sandwiches with tots and iced latte. yummy

Actually, I like their commercials better than most. I am not that wild about their food tho. I do like the Lemon Slushes.

LOL We're there at least once every day, or so. Their chicken sandwiches are good. Twinkie likes their breakfast Toaster type sandwiches. I get some sweet peach tea everytime I go. Their drinks (and the ice!) are some of the best.

They have happy hour (1/2 price drinks- even milkshakes) from 2-4 every day. It just happens to be on my way to DD's gymnastics twice a week between those hours. So we get drinks there more than food. My kids love it. I like it well enough, their menu has something for everyone. But unless I'm taking DD to gymnastics, it's not a convenient location. So besides that happy hour drink stop, we don't get over that way much.

Glenda, forgot to tell you that around here a lot of the school organizations sell cards that give you a discount at Sonic. The ones we have are for the Route 44 drinks (the big Mamas!) for 99 cents each. The cards are $5.00 each and usually last a year. Can't beat that!

We especially enjoy Sonic in the summertime, when we tend to drop in for a milkshake. YUMMY! I like their banana-strawberry, DH usually gets chocolate. I love their tater tots 'n cheese, and the chili-cheese dog. YUMMY again!

Ya ya, I wish the schools around here would sell cards like that!

It's been a while. Every once in a while I have a craving for a "corn dog" and I seek the Sonic.

I don't like their chili-cheese dogs. They use that yucky liquid cheese.

We don't have Sonic around here. Have seen them a lot in the southern states, but never hungry when we pass one. Now will have to make it a point to stop and try it. :)

Their new coffee drinks are really good, Lauren and I had one a few weeks ago. I also love their dreamsickle drinks.

Hmmm...chili dogs, frito pies, orange floats. I remember people here talking about deep fried pickle slices. I was going to try one last time, but I got fried mushrooms instead.

I love Sonic!! When I pick my GS#2 up from school, I always take him to Sonic. That time of day (3:00) their drinks and slushes are on for half price. Their version of Happy Hour. I love their fruit slushes, and their diet strawberry limeades. I also love their Coney dogs and corny dogs. DGS#2 loves their butterfinger blasts and their coconut pie blast. Their burgers are good and usually on sale on Tues. nights. Go girl! Gain some weight! Try everything!

I've seen the commercials and the food and drinks look really good. I have never seen a Sonic in real life though. Hopefully I'll see one sometime on a vacation. I'd love to try it!

DH and I would absolutely LOVE to eat at a Sonic but, unfortunately for us, there are none on Long Island, NY.

Maybe someday we'll get one here.

Footlong chili cheese dog with onion rings....yum!!! I always order a Diet Coke with a squirt of vanilla syrup in it. Defeats the "diet" but tastes yummy!!! Of course the footlong chili cheese coney and onion rings really defeats the diet concept but is to die for!!!

I've never been but I intend to try it.

I love their iced tea and their cherry limeade drinks. They have good fries and tater tots. When I order a burger I usually get a jalapeno burger, but I have to rearrange it. They plop all the pepper slices in one spot. I used to eat their hot fudge sundaes, but it's no longer in my list of foods to eat. :(
I also go to their happy hour if I'm already out. I won't make a speacial trip. We have 4 of them within 10 minutes of the house.

The ice in their cold drinks is the kind you can easily chomp on.
