LOOKING for: Turkey Breast - Seasoning like a deli cut?

Not that I am a great turkey lover, esp after Thanksgiving, but our freezer chose to die during last week, and it looks as if I have two turkey breasts to cook. I am bringing one to cook tonight but how about a seasoning, rub? to give it a flavor of some of those deli turkey breasts that cost $8.98 a lb. I am open to most any flavoring except the honeymustard kind...southwest, italian etc We really do like spicey and I've never just roasted one with a rub.

If it want intensity of flavor throughout would I be better off brining with the rub mix AND doing a rub also? I have a few of the Penzeys mixes so I am going off to see what I have.

This is not what I planned to do this week... :-p
