Made a pot of Unstuffed Green Pepper Soup and ate two bowls. Now I feel "stuffed". hee

We had roast beef,potatoes,gravy and peas.

I would like that soup recipe, also. Even though it's 90 degrees outside, I still like soup sometimes. (Sorry, Nodakgal--has your weather improved any?)

Joann, housework had running hither and yon has seriously cut into my 'puter time. By the time I check in at MH and read the "Evening Post" it's time to go do something!

After I cooked the potatoes and onions in one pan and the sliced smoked sausage in another, I put the meat in with the potatoes and covered it with cheese and put a lid on it until the cheese melted. Boy, was that good!

Chicken and dressing casserole, steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots,cauliflower and beans)marinated cucumbers and pineapple/cottagecheese dessert. It's warm and sunny but very windy here today! My allergies are making me sneeze and my eyes itch. Ugh!
