Horus Art Tiffany crackle bullnose

I'm getting ready to order my Tiffany crackle subway tiles online and I don't see a corner bullnose piece. I can get bullnose on the 3 inch side and bullnose on the 6 inch side. What did you all do for where you ended your backsplash? I have two ends in my kitchen where the backsplash will come up from the countertop edge and then turn and head towards a cabinet (hopefully that makes sense) so there will be two corners. Thanks!

Going through something similar -- but I am going to end the tile run even with the upper so that the tiles will run down straight from the upper to the counter, and the counter will then stick out past the tile (not a very elegant description but you know what I mean, right?) Doing it this way, I don't have a corner, just the vertical line.

The tile I'm thinking of using only has 6 inch bullnose so they need to be cut for the ends. May-be I will look at what you're using! Where are you getting it from???

I can't get the Horus Art locally so I'm going to be buying it online either from buytile.com or artwalktile.com depending on the shipping costs...

Hi Atelier! The horus samples arrived today!! Wow are they gorgeous!!! Both DH and I loved the cristalli the most. Love the uneven lines and the gorgeous crackle. Unfortunately, the lightest of the whites isn't white enough. It's practically identical to my soft white shiloh cabinets, and i dont expect that will change even when they are up on the walls. I think we will likely go with the Horus broadway in latte. The color is perfect. Will still have to track down a Cobsa in a soft white but I think it will be hard to beat $7.50/sq ft Any other suggestions to check out? Cannot thank you enough for your help!!!

sis2two I'm so glad you asked this! My husband and I are so stuck on what to do for our backsplash. White subway tile is our favorite but we both agree it would be too stark for our kitchen. We had been toying with the idea of doing something with glass or stone but I keep going back to subway tile :) It's been hard to find photos of subway tiles that aren't plain white so I am glad you asked to see something more creamy with a crackle in a real kitchen because I've been trying to find photos on my own and haven't had much luck. I love both photos that have been posted so far! Nice kitchens!

I ordered a sample of the Horus Art tile buytile.com and also a similar tile from tileshop.com The one from tile shop was really similar to the Horus Art except is was a tiny bit creamier in color and is a little bit thinner. It comes in 4x8 and 3x6. The thing I liked about tile shop is that they offer free shipping on orders over $100. They also included a 10% card with the sample they sent. As I recall, the Cristalli was the smaller 2 1/2" by 5" (I think). Mine is an old house, and I wanted a more traditional size like the Tiffany. We ended up using Mapei grout in the biscuit color, which in theory is slightly darker than the biscuit color tile I installed. It, of course, dried quite a bit lighter than the samples and the color chart would have indicated. But, it will be fine and I am not going the route of trying to use a grout enhancer to bring back the color it was when wet (a color I would have preferred).

Ordering online today too.... thought buytile.com had free shipping but when I added to cart it said I wasn't eligible... Does anyone know the difference between the Horus Art Tiffany and the Horus Art Cristolli?

aokat, I have Horus Tiffany crackle and bought it through buytile--very good experience with them. As I recall I called them before ordering to discuss bullnose and other issues, and found them very helpful. So you might want to do that.

Dianalo - how do you mean? Will you be coming up the side with vertical subways and miter that in the corner?
