Not only no perfume, but avoid scented personal products of any sort, whether they are soaps, deodorants, skin lotions, cosmetics, hair products, the like. She should always choose the unscented version not matter how pretty the scent of the scented version is. The side benefit is that when she goes out in the evening she can put on her favorite perfume and not worry about conflicting scents getting in the way of the scent she has chosen to wear. Sometimes people wear so many contrasting perfumes they cancel each other out. BTW - my daughter took Benadryl for a while because of severe allergic reactions. I noticed she was becoming very sad. Her allergist told me that Benadryl is a beta blocker, which meant nothing to me, but apparently it can affect a person's mood. It also makes people very drowsy, so she should not drive when she is taking it. For long term use I believe there are better medications, but Benadryl is easily and conveniently available when one needs something quickly. And in an emergency, nothing is better than the Epipen. It can save a person's life and give him time to get to the hospital. I wish your mother a quick recovery and a happy return to her garden. Rosefolly

For one thing I could never let the hair on my legs get that long! As I have gotten older I don't have to shave my legs as often as I once did but I can't stand it when it starts to rub the bed sheets.I have been known to get up at 2 in the morning and shave my legs because of it.LOL Waxing would just take too long in my opinion. The few times I have used hair removal products on my legs there were hairs left that I had to shave anyway.I can shave my legs a lot faster and with a lot less mess.I found a hair removal product from HSN that I have used on my face and arms.It is Serious Skin Care Liquid Laser. There is a formula that is for the face.I love this product. My face is sensitive to a lot of cosmetics but this works great with no irritation. It sounds a little pricey but it is well worth it.You can go to HSN and type in Serious Skin Care products and find it.

I love your house...especially the den and sunroom. What a wonderful quilting studio I could have in the den! May you and Wayne have many, many years of happiness in that beautiful home. I love seeing the flag there (I assume that was from your father's coffin), and I hope you will get a case for it so you can keep it displayed permanently in that beautiful room. Thanks for sharing--I love seeing your pictures.

Hi CB! Sure.. this is the latest version I do, it's so very flexible. 28 oz whole tomatoes 4 oz pickled jalapenos 2 cloves garlic handful of cilantro juice of 1 lime 1 tsp oregano salt to taste Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to the texture you desire. I puree the stuff very thin as that seems to be what I find served around here. Again, the recipe is very elastic so if it' a little too spicy cut back on the jalapenos and vice versa. I will throw in a bell pepper or a few banana peppers if I get the urge etc.... Make it what you like. :)
