Thank you everybody for caring...also i forgot to answer you about lapband.my kidney dr raised my dry weight which means they take less off you actually gain weight,i had just hit 25lbs and he raised dry weight so it stalled some .But im at 27 now which is right where i should be.no more than 1-2 lbs a weekits been 14 weeks since surgery,Cant eat much,ive been eating soup,but i like soup so im ok with it.i go to dr next Thursday.

I am so sorry to hear about those leg cramps. I used to get them in the inner thigh, so bad that I would just cry too. I never did find out what caused them, but since my back surgery(stenosis) I am less bothered by them. There is a product called "Emergency" that is electrolytes and minerals, and it helped more than anything I found. I noticed recently that WalMart carries one "flavor (orange with Vit. C) which I never tried, but you might try it. (Also has potassium magnesium etc.). (They are little packetts sold in a box of 18 or so. I keep hoping that your kidney donor finds the way to your life and answers your prayers. Still praying for you too.
