Got an email today Im being missed???Well Ill tell you some but I dont wamnt to be a downer,The scams against me getting a kidney is just getting to hard for me,Im getting tired of fighting,I had dialysis this am and spent the rest of te day having leg cramps.I couldnt ay down because of cramps so I went to get up and I had a cramp in both inner thighs and both feet at the same time,i just cried,I didnt have anyone here to help...So thats where Im at theyre having trouble balancing weightloss with kilos at dialysis,I only gained 2 kilos today???thanks for asking..kim

Oh BD! Damn! I'm sorry. I know I don't know half the battles you face everyday. I wish I could just wave my magic wand and find a donor for you and Jannie.

Sorry Bulldinkie, that stinks that you're having such a hard time.

So sorry Bulldinkie, those leg cramps especially in the thigh are really tough to deal with! Hope they can get those figured out.

I am so sorry to hear about those leg cramps. I used to get them in the inner thigh, so bad that I would just cry too. I never did find out what caused them, but since my back surgery(stenosis) I am less bothered by them. There is a product called "Emergency" that is electrolytes and minerals, and it helped more than anything I found. I noticed recently that WalMart carries one "flavor (orange with Vit. C) which I never tried, but you might try it. (Also has potassium magnesium etc.). (They are little packetts sold in a box of 18 or so.

I keep hoping that your kidney donor finds the way to your life and answers your prayers. Still praying for you too.

I've mentioned this before--my elderly mother gets cramps in her thighs at night sometimes and takes a small spoonful of yellow mustard, of all things. It sure does work almost immediately for her--can you try this? I know you have an awful lot going on with your health and I'm so very sorry to hear how rough it is. I hope things improve for you very, very soon.
