A question for Professional Seamstresses

User

I am in an oxycodone haze from my shoulder surgery Tuesday, but could not believe the price I was quoted on a fitted Roman style table skirt. This is for a custom drape table made to Fit in between the space where the two daybeds in our basement front room don't overlap. I want a fitted cover with inverted pleats at each corner, the table dimensions are 37" wide x 13" deep x 28" high. No welting around the top (on the seams that attach the top to the sides) as I will put a glass top on it and the welting sometimes impedes this. I will supply the fabric, either a solid color burlap type or the avocado or darker green cotton slub I am using for the pillows.

What would a professional seamstress charge for the fabrication of this table cover?
