Speaking of Water Damage....

Most of you have read about the flood in my apartment building and all the water damage etc.

Here's my question to you all -

I was in the suite where all the trouble started yesterday because the tenant wanted me to check her messages (no comments on that necessary, I'm right there with you) - I noticed when I was in there that the floor is awfully springy -I mean the wood floor under the carpet. Would you think this is normal? Is it caused by all the heat from the dryers?

I'll have to ask the restoration guy today, but I am just wondering if the floor itself has been compromised...

Any opinions?
