Kitchen Staples- Just for fun

A few nights ago, I was hanging out at a friends house and offered to make dinner and I was really surprised that she didn't have several things I consider as "staples" on hand. It got me thinking and I realized that everyone has different "staples". I thought it would be fun if we all listed what our basic, have to have, runs out and we put it on the shopping list, staples are.

For me:

Spices (either dried or fresh):
Rosemary
Oregano
Garlic
Basil
Parsley
Paprika
Cayenne
Salt
Pepper
Marjoram
Thyme
Bay leaf

Dry goods:
Flour
Sugar
Corn meal
Brown sugar
Powdered sugar
Cereal
Dried oats
Spaghetti
Elbow noodles
Rotini noodles
Egg noodles
Rice
Instant potatoes
Canned tomato sauce
Canned refried beans
Canned pinto beans
Dried black beans
Dries pinto beans
Dried split peas

Refrigerated goods:
Milk
Butter
Eggs
Sour cream
Deli meat
Sharp cheddar
Colby jack
Mozzarella
American slices

Fresh veggies:
Potatoes
Onions
Garlic
Bell peppers
Apples
Oranges
Bananas
Carrots
Salad

Frozen goods:
Chicken
Ground Beef
Peas
Corn
Green beans
Carrots
Mixed veggies

Miscellaneous:
Cooking spray
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salsa
Ranch dressing
Sandwich bread
Sourdough bread
Tortillas
Baking powder
Baking soda

I also always keep a frozen pizza and chicken nuggets and french fries for those "I don't feel like cooking" nights. So what about you? What are your staples?
