Subprime Lendees fight back

Below is a link to an interesting article about people who took out subprime loans and are now suing their lender for lack of disclosure of the true terms of the mortgage.
For the first couple, I see that the lender did not provide documents required by law. Another lender reported income the applicant did not have and now she's being foreclosed upon.
This is leading states to implement more stringent laws about adjustable rate mortgages and other creative financing.
