Super Susan issue, how to fix?

I have a Rev-a-Shelf super susan (aka rev-a-tray), the type with the pie-shaped cutout that sits on a shelf. The bottom one works fine. But the top one drives me crazy. It tips so it is scraping the shelf and when you turn it it thunks and then tips badly. The items slide all over the place because when you turn it it tips so bad. It is always at an angle rather than level as the other one is.

I can't simply replace it because there is no way to get it out. They had to remove the top of the cabinet to get it in (it won't fit through the door). So I have to either fix it or take a sawzall to it to cut it out and live with just the shelf.

Does anyone have any idea on how to adjust this thing? Has anyone had this happen? Thanks.
