rag quilt success story (3 pics)

I just finished making my second rag quilt and took it to the laundromat today and -- miracle -- it survived the washing (the other one did not as I'll post separately!)

I bought the flannel fabric at JoAnn's on sale and it was mostly for practice on my new Janome machine and for a present for my friend's baby's first birthday. It finished about 42" x 48". I think it came out pretty cute, it's really cuddly soft and fluffy with the ragging, and I like how the colors go together.

It's projects like these that give me hope!
