Fiber optic light won't turn on

I have an inground pool with a fiber optic light that won't turn on and I hope someone on this board can give me ideas on how to get it working again. It is a hayward light, and there is an above-ground box that houses the fan that makes the colors change. There are two toggle switches, that go from "on/off/remote" One is for the light itself and the other is for the colors to change. It doesn't matter if I use the remote or not, nothing on the box works - the fan does not come on nor does the light. I know that the electrical for the light is connected to my other pool equipment and there is a breaker for it there.

Does anyone know, is there a "reset" button somewhere?

I assume that even if the bulb was burned out the fan would still come on? So it's probably power to the whole box not working?

Does anyone have any clues? Thanks!
