Hello!

I bought material, YIPPEE!! I bought six packages of 5 fat quarters, all of them are the same. They are muted;

1.red, with medium desigh sage green, lots of red showing

2. off white with a bit of green red, lots of off white showing.

3. Black with tiny flowers that are off white and beige and red/burnt orange.

4. Muted medium dark green with a larger pattern.

5 Muted medium green with a paisley pattern on it.

Total of each color of that came in the fat packs 6 pieces measuring 18 X 21" and 2.5 yards of Cona Black.

Now, here is what I am trying to figure out...I am thinking of doing the log cabin pattern, with 2.5" strips. I don't think I want to alternate bkack with one of the colors above. But I do want to make the best use of my fabric, maybe a coverlet for a king size bed. Dreaming big here I know. I can always add borders. I have a difficult time with the charts for fabric needed.

I am unable to find anymore fat quarters in these colors, they came from Michaels.

Any suggestions how you would piece this together? It does not have to be log cabin, but I am avoiding triangles for right now.

I am heading to the washing machine now.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sidnee
