Help me pick a pool surface....

Just copied and pasted these quotes on pricing..just to give me a ball park

Colored plaster - $600

3M Colorquartz - $1,500 for group 1, $2300 for Group 2

PebbleTec - ca. $5K

Pebblesheen - ca. $7K

Pebblefina - $3,400

I am just looking for the most durable surface that will have the longest lifespan...I'm not at all concerned with aesthetics but if it's rough on the feet I would probably have issues with it as we seem to "run" around alot at the pool..

I'm thinking Colorquartz group 1 is a better longevity product that just plaster? Are there any other products not listed that I might consider?

It seems the only 3 pool builders in my area that do gunite use Diamondbrite for 90% of their jobs, they have to pull a crew in from Atlanta (3 hours away) to do pebbletec....I'm considering subcontracting this out myself and will be calling crews but want to know about the ball park for what I should expect. Thanks!

Tara
