Granite slab selection is stressful!!

I've already gotten such great advice from searching on this forum on granite with natural cherry, so this is mainly just to vent to folks who can understand.

We are simultaneously excited and scared about choosing "the one" granite slab.

We're leaning toward a beautiful slab of Golden Crystal to be the showpiece in our otherwise fairly simple natural cherry/shaker door style kitchen.

The slab we have on hold (sorry no pics- they came out horribly) has gorgeous streaks of copper with just enough brown and creamy undertones and just looks delicious and warm.

The uniqueness of each slab of granite is simultaneously the one thing we love about it and the one thing that makes choosing one so difficult. Talk about a commitment.

If we can get some better pictures at the yard tomorrow I may come back for some advice since they're pulling some others in our same color family, or I may just end up with a gorgeous piece of granite tomorrow.

This is stressful (but fun).

thanks for letting me vent.
